Whether you're a seasoned golfer or just starting, you'll feel right at home. Our membership spans generations, from
longstanding gentlemen and lady golfers to a growing group of energetic young professionals aged 20 to 40, who bring fresh ideas and help shape the future of the Club.
And it all happens in one of Sydney’s most breathtaking natural settings. Nestled within Botany Bay National Park, St. Michael’s offers golf the way it was meant to be played, without the noise and clutter of city life. Enjoy uninterrupted ocean views along the Little Bay coastline, peaceful bushland surroundings, and regular encounters with native wildlife. From our clubhouse verandah, you might even catch a glimpse of migrating whales.
It’s rare to find a championship golf course that offers such beauty, tranquillity, and proximity to the CBD — and an even rarer thing to find a club that feels like home.
Becoming A Member
Joining St. Michael’s Golf Club means more than access to one of Australia's premier courses, it's about becoming part of welcoming, passionate golfing community with a strong respect for the game and its traditions.
We offer a range of membership categories to suit different lifestyles and playing preferences, including:
- Full Playing (Provisional) Membership
- Mid-Week Membership
- Associate (5 & 6 Day) Membership
- Junior Membership
Each category includes access to our championship course, eligibility for competitions, and a member house account for use in the golf shop and restaurant, and a comprehensive member insurance.
To ensure the best possible experience for all members, access to each category may be limited and subject to availability.
How To Apply & Enquire
To apply for membership, your nomination must be proposed and seconded by current St. Michael’s members with at least two years of standing.
If you do not know any current members, we welcome two written character references in support of your application.

Corporate Membership
St. Michael’s Golf Club offers a limited opportunity for businesses to secure Corporate Membership, an exceptional way to entertain clients, reward staff, and enjoy access to one of Australia’s top-ranked golf courses.
Corporate Memberships are available on flexible 3-year or 5-year terms, with the process governed only by the time required to complete the nomination.

Reciprocal Clubs
As a member of St. Michael’s Golf Club, you gain access to an exclusive network of reciprocal clubs both across Australia and internationally - including New Zealand, Malaysia, the UK, and Sri Lanka. These partnerships offer our members the opportunity to enjoy world-class golfing experiences at renowned courses.
Most reciprocal clubs offer complimentary playing rights or discounted green fees. To enjoy these privileges, members must obtain a letter of introduction by emailing match@stmichaelsgolf.com.au
